After we receive your request, we will issue an RMA# for you to send the item back to us. In order to be eligible for a full refund, minus shipping and transaction fees, the product must be in the same condition as you received it and undamaged.
Once we receive the product, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you used during the purchase. Please note that it may take 5 to 10 business days for the refund to show up on your credit card statement.
If you request a refund between 15-45 days, and the product is still in new, undamaged condition, you are eligible for a 50% refund minus shipping and transaction fees. However, if the product is damaged in any way, or you initiate the return after 45 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
